In-stock supplements, patches and collections ship within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed.

Compounded formulas are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days once your prescription is on file.

Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking emailed as soon as the label is created.

Temperature-sensitive items ship with insulated packaging and are timed to avoid weekend transit.

If a package is delayed, damaged or shows as delivered but missing, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier on a resolution.
