Care should be reachable by everyone.

We want every person to be able to read about our therapies, book a consultation and place an order independently, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our working standard.

Pages use semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them, images carry descriptive alternative text, and every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator.

Text and interface colors are chosen for sufficient contrast, layouts reflow for magnification and small screens, and no information is conveyed by color alone.

Some third-party components — payment tooling, embedded scheduling and lab portals — are outside our direct control and may not fully meet our standard. Where that blocks you, we will complete the task with you by phone or email.

We review the site periodically and fix barriers as we find them.
