What can and cannot be returned.

For patient safety, prescription medications, injectables and compounded creams cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed.

Opened supplements, protein and patch boxes are also non-returnable.

Unopened, sealed supplements and patch boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived incorrect or damaged.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost — email a photo within 5 days of delivery.
